Shipping
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders (orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States) usually ship out within 1-2 business days. We ship domestic orders via Federal Express (FedEx) or United States Postal Service (USPS). International orders may take longer for processing and payment verificaation. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order to your door.  Transit times range from 1-5 business days, depending on your location and selected method of delivery.  

Return Policy
All returns must be shipped back to Silver Smoke Wholesale within 7 days of receiving the order. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. If a product was received defective, Silver Smoke Wholesale will gladly replace it or provide a full credit. Defective products must be shipped back to us and we will provide a refund for shipping costs if proof of receipt for shipping is provided.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to receive returns on products that have been used. This would present a health concern and disallow us from selling these products as 'new.' We will, however, receive returns on products that are in a new, unused condition.
